[Protine App review]Protine Traking Pal
Protein Pal helps you hit your daily protein GenZ goals, but is it realistic for snack-heavy humans like me?
Starbucks just launched a protein coffee — so I figured it’s time to start paying more attention to the protein I put in my own body too.
I wasn’t exactly sure how this app would track my protein, but I decided to give it a try anyway.
It’s currently one of the top-rated protein tracking apps on the App Store, so I’ll walk you through how it works and what I thought of it.
This is the first screen you see — it helps you find your daily protein target.
To find my proper protein target, I had to enter my weight and set a goal.
I chose 'Maintenance,' and the app told me I need to eat 48g of protein per day.
If you change your goal to 'Fat Loss,' the recommended protein amount jumps to 104g — more than double!
It also sends you notifications to remind you to track your protein
The thing is, I had to search for each food myself and then choose whether it was a full meal or just a snack
But as someone who eats constantly, I couldn’t be bothered to search for every single thing in the app all the time. download
